Have you chosen a product that does not meet your expectations? Or maybe someone just gave it to you? Nothing lost! Remember that you have 14 days to return.

The cost of returning the order to the store is paid for by the Customer.

Returned goods must be packed in the original packaging (Lanila's bag), must have a label and when a free heart has been added to the order, it must also be returned. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return!

Pack the product, completed form and proof of purchase.

The filled out form should be returned with the receipt, products and all additional items and sent with the

Complaints and Claims

All goods purchased at the lanila.pl store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If any manufacturing or material defect is detected, you have the right to complain about the defective product. All complaints are dealt with in accordance with applicable legal standards. Seller - lanila.pl shop will respond to complaints within 14 calendar days. If the complaint is considered justified, after considering the complaint, we will replace the defective product with one free of defects or remove the defect.

You will be informed about the proposed solution to the problem by e-mail or telephone.
