What are the shipping costs in Poland and is it possible to send abroat?

The cost of shipping by Polish Post Office is from 14 PLN – 18 PLN (the price depends on the size of the shipment). The detailed shipping cost by Polish Post Office will be charged as soon as the products are added to the basket. The cost of shipping by courier DPD in the case of prepayment is always 14 PLN, shipping by courier DPD "cash on delivery" is 17 PLN. Cash on delivery means you can pay cash or card to the courier when delivering the package. Orders which value is equal or above 299 PLN are sent at our expense (in Poland)! The cost of shipping abroad varies between 10,20 - 56.20 EUR (depending on the destination country). More information on this subject can be found here: Shipping and Delivery

How long does the order take?

The order takes up to 3 business days. The exceptions are orders placed during the promotion announced on Facebook as well as in the pre-Christmas and holiday periods. The processing time of these orders may be extended.

Is it possible to pay by cash or by card at the company's office? Can You personally  pick up the goods?

Of course, there is a possibility of cash payment, payment by debit card, credit card, BLIK and mobile phone in our office.

There is also the possibility of personalny buying products in our office, however, after prior arrangement of details. In this case, the customer does not pay for transport costs, because he collects the goods in person.

Can You return the purchased product?

During the fourteen days after picking up the ordered goods, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, according to the general rules resulting from the provisions on the conclusion of distance contracts. If You want to return any orderd products please let us know by sending us a filled out returned form. More details can be found here: Returns and Claims

What does the " Out of stock " information means ?

Such information means that we are waiting for fabric from the Printing Factory that prints our patterns or the product is already being sewed and we are waiting for its delivery from the Sewing Workshop, with which we cooperate. In the first case, the waiting time can be up to 6 weeks, in the second case the product should appear in our store within a few days. If you care about a particular product that is temporarily unavailable, we encourage you to contact us. Send an e-mail to sklep@lanila.pl or call us on 500 182 737. We will provide you with a specific date of the appearance of the unavailable product in our store.

Will the filling used in our blankets and pillows become lumpy after washing?

Our products are filled with antiallergic silicone nonwoven, which is characterized by the fact that it does not lose its properties even after many washes. What is more, the silicone filling has been sewn  from the inside to the fabric, so it will not move during washing.
